What we do
Start with the business problem. Choose the technology route second.
The Wizards combines focused planning, practical implementation and ongoing care. The offer hierarchy keeps the next step proportionate to what the business actually needs.
Primary route
Build

Create a digital foundation that helps the business present itself clearly, guide customers and maintain practical ownership after launch.
Digital Foundation Build
For: an established or growing business whose website no longer reflects its capability or supports a clear buyer journey.
Outcome: a credible, structured and manageable corporate presence.
At a high level: focused discovery, requirements, information architecture, buyer journeys, content structure, UX/UI direction, WordPress implementation, agreed migration, QA, launch and handover.
Not automatically included: unlimited writing or revisions, full rebranding, ongoing marketing, CRM/ERP, portals, apps or major integrations.
Commerce Experience Build
For: a business where product structure, discovery, content or the purchase path creates friction.
Outcome: a structured commerce foundation connecting catalogue logic, customer journeys and day-to-day ownership.
At a high level: commerce discovery, catalogue and taxonomy design, WooCommerce implementation, product data/import planning, agreed integrations, QA and handover.
Not automatically included: fulfilment operations, regulatory approval, performance guarantees, open-ended custom development or unagreed third-party costs.
Primary recurring route
Manage

Establish defined responsibility for an agreed website, hosting environment and selected cloud-care activities after launch or handover.
Managed Website & Cloud Care
For: organisations where ownership is unclear, routine care is inconsistent or there is no dependable route for agreed support.
Outcome: clearer operational responsibility and an agreed rhythm for care, review and escalation.
Subject to written scope: hosting and SSL administration, backups, automated monitoring, supported-stack routine updates, a defined triage channel, renewal coordination, periodic review and purchased time-boxed low-risk changes.
Defined boundaries
Major remediation, migrations, malware recovery, rebuilds, new features, pages, integrations, redesign, bulk content and transformation consulting are separately assessed and scoped.
Client access, licensed services, approvals and designated contacts remain part of the agreed responsibility model.
Availability, response times, escalation, continuity and security commitments apply only when expressly agreed in writing.
Managed Care is not: an unlimited-work promise, a blanket uptime guarantee, continuous human monitoring or an implied round-the-clock support service. An inherited site requires review and may require paid onboarding or remediation before care begins.
Diagnostic route
Improve

When the friction is real but the right project is not yet clear, establish priorities, dependencies and a defensible sequence before committing to a larger build.
Digital Clarity Assessment & Roadmap
For: competing issues, disconnected tools, repeated manual work or unclear technology priorities.
Outcome: a focused current-state diagnosis and practical, sequenced roadmap.
At a high level: stakeholder discovery, current-state review, problem and dependency mapping, priority decisions, route options and recommended next steps.
Selective capabilities
Automation & AI Workflow Sprint: used for a verified workflow where a bounded intervention may reduce avoidable effort or improve consistency.
Solution Architecture & Partner-Led Delivery: used for a genuinely complex requirement needing architecture and coordinated specialist delivery.
AI, automation or partner involvement is never assumed to be the answer. Partner roles and The Wizards' orchestration responsibility must be explicit.
The fit conversation is not free consulting or a substitute for detailed discovery. Material diagnosis, requirements and solution design are scoped as paid work when needed.
Not sure which route fits?
Bring the situation—not a finished technical brief.
A short fit conversation can establish whether the need is clear enough to scope or requires focused discovery first.
